Boys, girls, dads and mums have a great time swimming a range of distances that suit pre-schoolers to retirees
Established in 1933 by Mrs Lottie Wood Narrabeen Ladies Amateur Swimming Club has evolved from a ladies only team to become one of the few sports that the entire family can partipate in. That family togetherness is something the entire club treasures and actively fosters.
We enjoy family fun, friendly competition, fresh air during the swimming season at North Narrabeen Rock Pool. Each Saturday afternoon boys, girls, dads and mums have a great time in handicapped races over a range of distances that suit pre-schoolers to retirees.
We all meet down at our clubhouse at the rockpool at 1:30pm on Saturdays to sign in for our races. You accrue points for each swim and placing. You can do as little or as many as you like.
We often see whales and dolphins frolicking in the ocean and swim amongst the fishes in our sand based pool.
If you would like to come and try out our club, first 3 swims are free. However, only registered swimmers points count towards their overall point score for the season. Just turn up, 1pm on Saturdays anytime between October and April and join in the fun.
